B.A.C.A., MontCo Inc. is a not-for-profit organization of volunteer bikers of Montgomery County, PA. USA.
B.A.C.A., the FIRST actual charity for children operated by bikers, was founded in 1987, and incorporated in 1988, with the purpose to serve and protect the children of Montgomery County who have been neglected and abused. James "Fooey" Scheer, the President of the BACA Montgomery County Chapter, continues to lead the group into the 21st century with the expanded purpose of assisting physically and emotionally abused children everywhere, and tirelessly campaigns to prevent all types of abuse of children before it starts, all across the nation.
If you suspect a child abuse (or neglect) case in your area, PLEASE!!
BACA Montgomery County has many ways to support children and families in need.
- Charity rides organized by ourselves or some other well-known organizations.
- BACA Fundraisers
- WE ATTEND TRIALS and COURT HEARINGS- We arrive at the courthouse, in person and in force to support the VICTIM, the CHILD, and give emotional support.
Our largest monetary donation to date was made in the summer of 2004 to Camp Joy in the amount of $6000.
